It looks like Kim K is freeing up her real estate portfolio; after listing her Calabasas condo and spare Hidden Hills home within days of each other.
While she’s never gotten around to renovating her Hidden Hills home, her Calabasas condo oozes Kim’s minimalist aesthetic. The brutalist-inspired apartment had previously been listed in 2019 but has just hit the market again for $5 million.
The three-bedroom home was used as an office/showroom for SKIMS shapewear and KKW Beauty, and has also appeared in several episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
